they purchase from us. We offer project management, installation as well as a full array of
service and support options. And we back up our support with direct support from the
manufacturers themselves.
Totalsoft Development Corp. offers Full Service and Support for all the products
we sell or integrate. We offer our customers two programs to help them support and
maintain their investment.
A-La-Carte Services
For those
customers who need help with their overflow of maintenance or who feel
comfortable with their equipment's reliability, Totalsoft Development Corp.
offers an A-La-Carte Service Contract. A-La-Carte Contracts are purchased
as packages of hours. Hours may be used as credit towards On-Site or
Phone Support, Training, or even Design and Consultation Services. The
hours never expire and they can be used when they are most needed.
One Time Service Fees
Totalsoft Development Corp. offers support services
including architecture, installation,
design and consultation, as well as repairs.
